Daniel Roberts

Retired Assistant Director of the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services Division: Dan is a highly respected law enforcement executive. During his long FBI career, Dan held almost every management position from "Street Agent" to Assistant Director. He ran the FBI's Detroit Division where he oversaw a highly effective counterterrorism program.

Dan has extensive experience in the FBI's Criminal Program, especially violent crime, and served as the Deputy Assistant Director of the Criminal Investigative Division. Dan finished his career as the Assistant Director of the FBI CJIS Division in Clarksburg, WV.

Dan is currently the Chief of Police of Franklin Farms, Michigan.

Bill Simpkins

DEA Deputy Administrator (Retired)

Bill Simpkins brings a wealth of experience to the SJS through his long and exceptional career at DEA.

Bill held a myriad of positions, including Acting Administrator in 2001. He has extensive experience with internal investigations, which include his assignment to the Office of Professional Responsibility, as well as the Chief Inspector at DEA during his illustrious career.
